KERRYS REVIEW - I am thrilled to be able to stock a beautiful cookbook by a West Aussie author/cook. Its a wonderful hardback and the cover itself is bellisimo. The recipes are amazing, I had to try them as I love Italian food. If you twisted my arm and I had to pick a favourite, then it would have to be the Scicilian Apple Cake ( page 174 ). Oh it was divine. It gave me all the feels of nostalgia/childhood and Christmas all in one. 5/5 Thumbs Up.
